How to sign out

Tap your initials in the top-right corner

A small menu drops down.

Tap 'Sign Out'

The app logs you out and returns to the sign-in screen.

What sign-out actually does

When you sign out:
  • Your Capinex Finance session ends.
  • The Credit Reports CRM tab also signs out if it was open — they share the same login.
  • Other devices you’re signed in on (your phone, another laptop) get kicked out too. Next time you open the app there, you’ll need to sign in again.
This is a security feature: if you lose your laptop, signing out from another device cuts off access everywhere.
If you only want to sign out of one device but stay signed in on the others, just close the browser tab without tapping Sign Out. Your session on the other devices stays active.

Auto sign-out after 24 hours

For security, the app signs you out automatically every 24 hours. You’ll see the sign-in screen and just need to pick your Google account again.

Common things people ask

Refresh the CRM tab. It’ll redirect to a “Please launch from the Capinex app” message. That confirms the sign-out worked.
That’s not normal. Check that your browser allows cookies for app.capinex.in and dev.capinex.in. Private/incognito mode often clears cookies aggressively — switch to a regular tab.
