When you sign in, you see a sidebar on the left. This is your map. Tap any item to open it. Some items only show up if you’re an Admin or Super Admin.

Search any customer by name, phone, or PAN. See their credit score, income, loans, and past dues.

Loan Applications

Look up any loan application by form number or date. Filter by bank, loan type, EMI, and more.

BL Analyser

Upload a business bank statement PDF. Get an AI-powered summary of cash flow, bounces, and red flags.

PL Analyser

Upload a personal bank statement PDF. See salary, EMIs, charges, and lending capacity (FOIR).

CIBIL Report

Upload a CIBIL credit report PDF. Instantly see the score, accounts, balances, and overdue amounts.

Credit Reports

Open the Capinex CRM dashboard in a new browser tab. Browse and export bureau reports.

Admin-only items

These three only appear if you’re a Super Admin.

Access Control

Add or remove people. Change their role. Block someone without deleting them.

Field Management

Decide which fields appear in the customer table, in search, and in exports.

Settings

Choose the AI model for natural-language search. Read the audit log.

At the very bottom

Below the menu you’ll see three small links:
  • Request Feature — tell the team something you wish the app did.
  • Guide to Use — opens this guide in a new tab.
  • Raise a Ticket — opens a support form. Someone replies within 48 hours.

The user button (top-right)

Your initials in a circle. Tap it to:
  • See your account info.
  • Sign out.

What if a menu item is missing?

It’s because of your role. The three admin items (Access Control, Field Management, Settings) only show up for Super Admins. If you think you should see them, ask your Super Admin to upgrade your role.
