Credit Reports is the newest item in your sidebar. It opens the Capinex CRM dashboard (a separate web app at dev.capinex.in) in a new browser tab. The CRM has a much richer view of bureau reports — searchable, filterable, with exports. You don’t need a separate password. The Capinex Finance app signs you in automatically.

When to use Credit Reports

Use the Credit Reports CRM when you need to:
  • Search across all bureau reports (not just one customer)
  • Filter by score range, date, PAN, mobile, name
  • Export results to Excel
  • See enriched data: CAPS history, loan summaries, enquiries
For one specific customer, use CIBIL Report inside the main app instead.

How to open it

1

Tap 'Credit Reports' in the sidebar

The label has a small NEW badge and a gold shimmer animation.
2

A page opens with a button: 'Open Credit Reports'

The page tries to launch automatically the first time. If your browser blocks the popup, tap the button manually.
3

A new browser tab opens at dev.capinex.in

The CRM signs you in using your Capinex login. No password screen.
4

You land on the Bureau Reports table

1,000+ records, paginated.
The tab opens in a brand-new browser window. You can keep both Capinex Finance and Credit Reports open side by side.

If you’re a “User” role, the Export Excel button doesn’t appear in your view.

Sign out of the CRM

1

In the CRM browser tab, click your name (top right)

2

Click 'Sign out'

The CRM tab shuts your session and redirects to a “Please launch from the Capinex app” message.
Signing out of the Capinex Finance app (in the main sidebar’s Sign Out) also signs you out of the Credit Reports CRM tab. They’re linked.

Common things people ask

The first launch opens a new tab. Some browsers block this on the first try. Click the Open Credit Reports button manually instead — that always works.
Sessions last 24 hours. Go back to Capinex Finance, tap Credit Reports, and a fresh CRM tab opens.
Your account has ‘allow_access’ switched off in Access Control. Ask a Super Admin to turn it on.
Only Admin and Super Admin roles can export. Ask a Super Admin to upgrade your role if you need this.
That’s normal — it’s a separate dashboard built specifically for browsing bureau data. Same login, different interface.
