Use the Credit Reports CRM when you need to:- Search across all bureau reports (not just one customer)
- Filter by score range, date, PAN, mobile, name
- Export results to Excel
- See enriched data: CAPS history, loan summaries, enquiries

A page opens with a button: 'Open Credit Reports'

What you can do in the CRM
Browse
Scroll through every bureau report your team has ever pulled. Sort by score, date, name.
Filter
Use the filter sidebar — date range, score range, PAN, mobile, customer name, loan type.
View one report
Tap any row to see the full bureau detail — accounts, enquiries, CAPS, summary.
Export
Tap Export Excel to download the current results as a spreadsheet (Admins and Super Admins only).

Sign out of the CRM
Signing out of the Capinex Finance app (in the main sidebar’s Sign Out) also signs you out of the Credit Reports CRM tab. They’re linked.

The first launch opens a new tab. Some browsers block this on the first try. Click the Open Credit Reports button manually instead — that always works.
